FABRICATION SERVICE
Black Steel Welding Inc. provides custom metal fabrication services focused on strength, precision, and durability. We fabricate structural components, stairs, railings, equipment supports, repair sections, custom brackets, and specialty metal projects using MIG, TIG, Stick, and Flux Core welding processes. Every piece is measured, cut, fitted, and built to meet project specifications and applicable code requirements using structural steel, carbon steel, and select specialty metals. Our fabrication work is built for long term performance in construction, commercial, industrial, and residential applications with a strong focus on fit up accuracy, weld integrity, and clean professional finish.
MOBILIZATION SERVICES
Black Steel Welding Inc. provides full jobsite mobilization services to ensure work begins safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with site requirements. Mobilization includes transporting welding machines, fabrication tools, safety equipment, fire prevention equipment, and all required materials to the project location. We coordinate site access, staging areas, and power requirements, and ensure all necessary permits, fireguards, and safety documentation are in place prior to starting work. Our goal is to arrive fully prepared so fabrication or welding operations can begin immediately with minimal disruption to your site operations.
ESTIMATES
Black Steel Welding Inc. provides detailed and transparent estimation services to help clients clearly understand project scope, material requirements, labor, and scheduling before work begins. Our estimates are based on project drawings, site conditions, material costs, labor requirements, equipment needs, and safety compliance requirements specific to New York City work environments. We review all available information to provide accurate pricing and realistic timelines, and we communicate quickly if site conditions, material pricing, or project scope changes. All estimates must be reviewed and approved by the client prior to scheduling and beginning any work.
